Are you looking to develop the leadership and management within a public sector/service-based organisation? 

If so, we welcome you to for our virtual event on 8 December where our leadership and management specialists will provide a detailed overview of our leadership development portfolio, designed for individuals working within public sector organisations.

During the session, you will hear about our executive education and CPD programmes, which includes courses designed to upskill existing members of staff and organisational effectiveness, coupled with opportunities for the co-creation of bespoke programmes. Programmes such as our CMI Level 5 certificate in Management, Coaching and Mentoring. We will also explore our degree and higher apprenticeship programmes, focusing on Chartered Manager and Senior Leader.  

Knowledge, skills and behaviours of current and future leaders continually need to adapt to enable the effective translation of policy into practice in modern public services. Northumbria's workforce development programmes provide an opportunity for leaders to reflect the pace of social and technical change and instil greater levels of confidence and commercial acumen. From project management and innovation, through to personal resilience and networked leadership, the need to maintain leadership effectiveness is of greater significance within complex organisations.
