Student Terms and Conditions

All students enrolling at ֲýƵ agree to terms and conditions as detailed in the documents below.  These terms and conditions are not exhaustive and it is important that you also familiarise yourself with all documentation and procedures relating to your programme of study, particularly those listed in your Programme Handbook.  These terms and conditions are subject to periodic review.  The review is normally undertaken on an annual basis, in preparation for the main September enrolment (and re-enrolment) event.  If you are an enrolled student and have a query relating to these terms and conditions, contact us by-the . Student Conduct Expectations

We want you to enjoy your time at ֲýƵ and to successfully graduate.  During your time here, you will have the opportunity to meet different people, have new experiences, and to challenge yourself to reach your potential.

As a student of ֲýƵ, you also have obligations to behave reasonably, ensuring that the University is a safe and supportive place to live, study and work for all. Everyone, fellow students, staff, visitors to the University, and neighbours in the community, have a right to be treated with dignity and respect. All members of the University community have a duty to support this principle in accordance with the Student Charter.

The University provides advice, guidance, policies and procedures to make you aware of available support and to assist your understanding of the standards of behaviour expected by the University. These are listed below, and you should familiarise yourself with these.
