Lyndsey Bengtsson

Lyndsey's research focuses on advancing equality in the workplace, with particular interest in ageism, dementia, and menopause. She was awarded her PhD in 2016 with her thesis entitled ‘Age Stereotyping in the Workplace: A Critical Analysis of the Employment Tribunals’ Approach’.
