Why did you choose ֲýƵ, Newcastle?

Close to home, and the equipment looked good at the Open Day. High in league tables and friendly vibe, also had friends who chose Northumbria.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

I enjoy going for walks to the Quayside at night.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

Surprised how lively the city is and how friendly people are. I've been most impressed with the cost of living.

Did you find ֲýƵ welcoming? Was it easy to fit in?

Very welcoming, one of the reasons I chose this University.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to ֲýƵ?

Working in the Clinical Skills Centre at Coach Lane Campus.

What is your favourite place on campus?

Coach Lane Gym.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Resilience.

What do you want to do in the future? What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

Nursing, practical skills, and empathy.

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?

Definitely come here, brilliant night life and friendly!

More confidence!
