What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

It's lively and friendly! I enjoy taking part in netball and karate. I love the variety of food and things to do.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

The friendliness of people.

Did you find �ֲ���ý��Ƶ welcoming?  Was it easy to fit in?

Yes, it was a great choice.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to �ֲ���ý��Ƶ?

Meeting all the new people and learning so many skills.

Who has helped you most since you came to Northumbria?

Alexandra Coates. She is a friend on my course who knew the area already and she has helped me around.

What is your favourite place on campus?

The 3D workshops in the design school.

Have you joined any sports teams, clubs or been involved in any volunteer projects?  Tells us about the highlights?

I volunteered as a course rep and it is very enjoyable.

What is the best thing about your course?

The friendliness and the vast amount that we learn.

What do you want to do in the future?  What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

I want to teach art and 3D design.

Have you taken up any opportunities to travel with your current course/undertake field trips?  If so, please tell us about them.

We went to New York for a week. It was amazing and really helped see how design in used in the outside.

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?
