Why did you choose �ֲ���ý��Ƶ, Newcastle?

Northumbria Business School is one of top modern business school in Britain. It includes fantastic software and hardware facilities such as Bloomberg.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

�ֲ���ý��Ƶ is located in the city centre in Newcastle. It's really convenient for studying and living. I enjoy going to the Theatre Royal in Newcastle. I feel in touch with a different culture, especially western culture from numerous shows.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

I'm surprised how polite the local people are. They have a very tolerant view towards other cultures.

Did you find �ֲ���ý��Ƶ welcoming?  Was it easy to fit in?

Yes, staff are really patient and professional. They will warmly solve questions we have. English is our second language which makes it harder involving academic study. However, we can get better due to our tutor, programme leader and other staff helping. I appreciate their effort.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to �ֲ���ý��Ƶ?

I'm not only learning academic knowledge, but also learning about financial risk taking in the modern world. It helps me to plan for my future career.

Who has helped you most since you came to Northumbria?

My tutor, program leader and the staff working in the library, who are helpful in getting me more involved at Northumbria.

Who has inspired you most at �ֲ���ý��Ƶ?

My tutor and guest lecturers.

What is your favourite place on campus?

The library and the Bloomberg Suite.

What is the best thing about your course?

It is systematically organized to develop my academic knowledge and help further my knowledge through study.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Business Research Analysis, Managing Value Strategically, Financial Risk Management and Ethics, Corporate Governance and Socially Responsible Investment.

What do you want to do in the future?  What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

I will apply for a job within wealth management in the future. Individual learning is the most useful skill I have learned from my time at Northumbria. I will continue to strengthen this skill in the future.

Yes, that trip help me understand myself deeply, roundly and authentically.

I feel I am learning to think more critically.
